The factory is equipped with a fully automated intelligent production line cluster, achieving a stable output of 100,000+ standard cartridges per day, and can flexibly switch to produce products of different models and flavors to meet the full-scenario supply from batch orders to customized needs.
Full-link quality control system
Establish a three-level quality control mechanism covering "raw materials - production - finished products": the raw material side cooperates deeply with the industry's leading suppliers, and each batch of accessories must pass material testing and safety certification. With strict quality control, the factory's product sampling pass rate has remained above 99.8% for three consecutive years.
Innovative R&D empowerment
A 3,000-square-meter R&D center has been established, and a team composed of experts in materials science, electronic engineering, atomization technology, etc. has been formed, focusing on three major directions: taste optimization, harm reduction technology, and intelligent interaction. Through the independently developed honeycomb heating network technology, the atomized particles are made more delicate and uniform.
